Firstly, The Welsh Darts Organisation would like to thank the England Darts Organisation for allowing us to hold this event in England. Without their co-operation Wales would have lost this prestigious event from our calendar and with it our ability to send our International team to compete in the events both home and abroad.
Sand Bay Holiday Camp is a half board site (Breakfast & Evening Meal is provided in the cost)
All Chalets have carpeted floors with either Double or Single Beds, each room has a Walk in Shower. All bedding and Towels plus free electricity are provided at no extra cost.
There is a train station at Weston Milton which is 2.7 miles from the site or Weston Super Mare Station is only 3.9 miles from the site.
Bristol Airport is only 14.4 miles from the site. By Road use the M5 and come off at junction 21 the turn left the site is 3.9 miles from the junction.
The site has 29 Single Chalets, 133 Double Chalets, 168 Twin Chalets, 19 Triple Chalets and 5 4 Person Chalets. They also have 2 x 2 Bedroom Bungalow’s for 4 people and 2 x 3 Bedroom Bungalow’s for 6 people on site.
Check in time is from 4pm in a Classic chalet or if you want to go Club you can book in from 2pm. The Club Chalets come at an extra £50 per chalet but includes a voucher for a daily Newspaper and a Bottle of Wine along with a welcome pack that contains Tea & Coffee.
This is an excellent deal at only £30.00 pp per day for your accommodation and meals the cost is £120.00 pp which covers you from Thursday afternoon until Monday morning breakfast so don’t miss out and book early. As it is a special price no discount will be given if you don’t arrive until Friday. The chalets are lovely and spotlessly clean.
If the site becomes fully booked, then an option to attend on the day will be offered at a cost of £8.00 per person but NOT until the camp is fully booked. You would only be allowed to play in the Singles Events and nothing else. If this happens then you would have to inform John Williams 28 days prior to the event and supply your Names and details. Failure to supply your information will result in you being denied entry by Pontins.
